Rouen plans to increase traffic to 30m tonnes
THE French port of Rouen has announced plans to lift its traffic total from 23.3m tonnes to 30m tonnes over the next five to 10 years as it prepares to benefit from a major programme to deepen its approach channel along the River Seine, writes Andrew Spurrier in Paris .
