London, Jan 11 -- Product tanker Pirajui's (37283 gt, built 1990) operator Petrobras Transporte has been fined BR$ 6.2m (about USD 3.6m) by the state of Espiritu Santo for an oil spill. The vessel was discharging crude in Capixaba on Nov 24, when oil spilled overboard affecting livelihood of fishermen, about six kilometres of the coastline and the home of endangered turtles.
