Frontline figures slump but fightback plans are revealed
FRONTLINE, the world’s largest operator of crude tankers, will reduce the cash it has in reserve to pay another John Fredriksen-controlled company, Ship Finance International, for the charter of its vessels after struggling to profit from a dismal tanker market last year.
