CMA CGM Christophe Colombe made its maiden call at the UK port of Felixstowe at the weekend. The 13,346 teu vessel is one of the largest in the French carrier’s fleet, with a length of 365 m, and a beam of 51 m. It is the only CMA CGM vessel deployed on the Asia-Europe FAL7/AE7 service that the carrier jointly operates with Maersk. CMA CGM’s other direct calls in the UK are at Southampton.
