WITH rail links between North and South Korea re-established last week after more than 50 years, and a proposed canal link mooted by presidential hopeful Lee Myung-Bak, a third visit by the South’s premier shipbuilders last weekend would seem to indicate some seriousness of intent, writes Mike Grinter.
