Repair yards need a fix

IT HAS sort of crept up on us, but the number of big ships around these days is more than most people think. Sadly, the infrastructure capable of dealing with ships of this size, in terms of drydocks able to accommodate vessels of more than 300 m in length or 45 m beam, has scarcely increased, so it is a tough job to find such a facility in a hurry.
