Lotte consortium buys insurer stake for $400m

A CONSORTIUM led by South Korea’s Lotte Hotel has signed an agreement to buy a majority of Daehan Fire & Marine Insurance, the insurance firm said on Friday. The deal is said to be worth about $400m, writes Mike Grinter in Hong Kong.
