Mansour: our ports need private help
SINCE Mohamed Loutfy Mansour became Egypt’s Minister of Transport in February 2006, some significant shifts in strategy have taken place. This is especially true in relation to the country’s port sector, which has moved decisively from being a primarily government-directed activity to one where the private sector has the leading role.
