BP to plead guilty in Texas explosion case
OIL major BP is expected this week formally to agree to pay at least $353m in combined fines and settlements to close criminal and civil cases pending against it in the US in connection with the fatal refinery explosion in Texas in 2005 and for allegedly unfair practices designed to corner the propane market in 2004.
