THE promised LNG miracle in the US is showing some signs of wear. As the costs of building the plethora of LNG terminals approved by authorities are tallied up, it is becoming obvious that these investments would not quite be the money-spinners that were originally advertised unless there is a quantum increase in LNG imports, writes Rajesh Joshi.
