Oil flows Shipments start

South Korean workers of SK Energy and seafarers link a line to load heavy oil into a South Korean ship, Han Chang, at a port in Ulsan, southeast of Seoul, yesterday. North Korea has said it would shut down a nuclear reactor after receiving an initial shipment of oil under a February deal where Pyongyang pledged to start dismantling its nuclear weapons programme. South Korea said a ship carrying the first oil shipment, totaling 6,200 tonnes, would depart for the North today. AP
