Strong economy rubs off on maritime industries
THE Irish Maritime Development Office, in its latest Transport Economist bulletin, concludes that the still buoyant Irish economy is reflected by its maritime activities, where the shipping services sector continued to benefit from strong economic growth last year. This is particularly reflected in the record performance of the unitised segments of the industry.
