SCT fights back by reclaiming territory
SINCE losing the Dibden Bay argument when ABP’s container terminal proposals were turned down by the British government in 2004, those pursuing expansion of container facilities at Southampton have had to endure the successive announcements of government approval for Felixstowe South, Bathside Bay and, most recently, London Gateway.
