Court backs Livanita tribunal
LONDON’S High Court has backed an arbitrators’ tribunal ruling that the charterers of the bulk carrier Livanita must pay the owners more than $70,000 for the damage caused to the vessel’s hull by ice off St Petersburg, writes Roger Pearson.
