European Commission shapes new price-fixing charges
THE European Commission said on Wednesday it had sent charges to unnamed companies suspected of participating in a cartel for transportation of bulk liquids by sea. "The (charge sheet) alleges that the undertakings concerned were involved in customer allocation, bid-rigging, price-fixing and the exchange of confidential market information," the EU executive said in a statement.
