ITF Ireland spotlight on crew safety
THE International Transport Federation Inspector in the Irish Republic has called for emergency procedures at sea to be amended so that boarding a vessel by the Irish Naval Service to check if the crew are safe is made mandatory, writes Tom MacSweeney in Dublin.
