Fos-Lavera strike could ease tonnage crisis
THE tonnage crisis that pushed up crude oil freight rates for aframax cargoes last week should start to ease if charterers release early ships at the blocked Fos-Lavera terminal (above), where 33 ships are currently waiting to dock, writes Jamie Dale.
