Indian Oil Corp pushes plan for refinery venture
IN AN effort to remain India’s largest refiner, the government-owned Indian Oil Corp has firmed up plans to invest around Rs250bn ($5.7bn) to set up a 15m tonnes-a-year refinery-cum-petrochemical complex at Ennore in Tamil Nadu state, writes Shirish Nadkarni in Mumbai.
