Hamburg bows to pressure and agrees to part-flotation of HHLA
THE Hamburg state government has stopped the bidding process for HHLA and said it is willing to agree to a part-flotation of the terminal operator provided the workforce makes no further constraints to terminal operations, writes Katrin Berkenkopf in Cologne.
