Brazilian CAP chiefs to get ‘basic’ schooling in port law
In a bid to improve the standard of management and to improve understanding between port authority councils (CAPs) and the Ministry of Transport in Brazil, Antaq, the National Agency for Waterborne Transport is running a course in “basic port legislation” for all presidents of CAPs, writes Rob Ward .
