Tzini owner faces fines for Taiwanese fuel oil spill
THE Greek owner of the 1991-built 42,003 dwt handymax bulker Tzini, which grounded on December 24, is facing fines of T$3m ($91,800) from a local authority in Taiwan after moving the vessel without first removing fuel oil, writes Keith Wallis in Hong Kong.
