Freshney boss slams ports rates rise

FRESHNEY Cargo Services managing director Andy Dixon has reacted furiously to a letter from the Department of Communities and Local Government that says the review of ports by the Valuation Office Agency was “to ensure that all individual businesses within and outside of ports are rated fairly”.
