Wei vows to bring jobs and cargoes to Piraeus
AHEAD of today’s signing of the concession for Cosco Pacific to operate the lion’s share of the Piraeus container terminal for up to 35 years, Cosco group chairman Wei Jiafu has pledged to turn the Greek port into a transhipment centre for eastern Europe and the near East, writes Nigel Lowry in Athens.
