Brazil plans two new yards in Sepetiba
THE need for more shipbuilding capacity in Brazil has led to two new sites at the port of Sepetiba being earmarked for new shipyards, according to Rio de Janeiro Secretary of State for Economic Development Julio Bueno, writes Rob Ward.
