Go Carriers halts growth plans to play waiting game
IN 2005, Athens-based Global Oceanic Carriers (Go Carriers) became the first shipping company to list on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market, raising £20.1m ($31.4m) from the offering of its shares. In July this year, Go Carriers saw another first when it also became the first shipping company to delist its shares from AIM.
