Gas Market Report

NORTH WEST EUROPE: Large cargoes: The large cargo propane market is still showing signs of being oversupplied in NWE for the first half of October. With at least 3-4 cargoes still available for sale and storages full and imports still arriving in the area the only hope for sellers is that the petchems may find it attractive to take some of the surplus tons. With crude coming off propane prices came down to the low/mid $710s but have since recovered as hope springs eternal that some pick up in buying can be seen for second half October. This brought the perceived levels to the low $730s.
