NSL ready to put Cammell Laird yard firmly back on the map
SEVEN years after emerging as a fledgling operation from the ashes of Cammell Laird’s demise, Northwestern Shiprepairers (NSL) has achieved all that its directors dreamt of — the company is operating out of the Cammell Laird yard, has bought back the Cammell Laird name and has won a £234m ($433m) contract with the Royal Fleet Auxiliary for the maintenance of four clusters of support ships.
