Blow to MOL’s plans for Vietnam facility
SOME nine months before K Line’s announcement that it was to invest in Titan Quanzhou shipyard, Japanese rival Mitsui OSK Lines revealed that it would join a consortium to build a shiprepair facility in Vietnam. But subsequent developments may frustrate its ambitions, writes Mike Grinter.
