NORTH WEST EUROPE: Large Cargoes: With crude prices showing first signs of not actually going up over the last few days then the large propane market may be starting to find a level consistent with the supply and demand. The initial tightness of available product seems to be easing as the availability of 2nd half June cargoes is becoming more apparent and the large cargo levels are seen to be in the $890s.
