France faces national strike over Le Havre tugs
FRENCH tug crews have threatened national strike action from Friday in an attempt to put pressure on the port of Le Havre authority to take fresh action against local Kotug subsidiary SNRH, accused by its unions of flouting French crewing and emergency service regulations, writes Andrew Spurrier in Paris.
