Waterland steps up a gear with car terminal
A PIONEER of the covered terminal, Waterland has completed its third all-weather terminal and a new 240 m long quay that will allow it to expand its car-carrier business. Costing €5m ($7.9m), the third facility opened just before Christmas. Rene Finson, director of Waterland Terminal, says it is paying dividends as the company welcomes Höegh Autoliners’ North Atlantic service.
