Dutch face high cost of fuel switch
SWITCHING to distillate fuels to meet reduced SOx emissions requirements could cost the Dutch refiners up to €2bn ($3bn) and create an additional 3.5m tonnes of CO2, according to researchers in the Netherlands, writes Craig Eason.
