Take a bow Le Havre welcomes Maersk’s latest E-class boxship
Pictured arriving at the French port of Le Havre is the newly-built Eugen Maersk, the eighth E-class vessel to be built by the Maersk group’s Odense Steel Shipyard, writes Andrew Spurrier in Paris. The 11,000 teu vessel, which reputedly has a real capacity of up to 14,000 teu, was on its maiden voyage to the Far East.
