BaFin plays down crisis fears
GERMAN insurers are facing only a limited impact from the sub-prime credit crunch but there is still a danger that some could be sucked into the crisis, says the head of Germany’s financial services watchdog BaFin, writes Herbert Fromme in Frankfurt.
