Hong Kong steps up war on pirates with extradition law
SECURITY officials in Hong Kong are planning to introduce legal changes that would allow maritime piracy and robbery suspects to be extradited to or from other Asian countries, including Japan and Laos, that do not have extradition treaties with the territory, writes Keith Wallis in Hong Kong.
