UK flag suffers dip in fortunes with low customer satisfaction rating

NEARLY one in five users of the UK Ship Register say they are unhappy with the service provided by the UK flag. The register secured a customer satisfaction rating of just 81% in 2008-2009, according to the annual report of the UK’s Maritime and Coastguard Agency.
