Pipeline Accidents - June 22

London, Jun 22 -- A press report, dated Jun 21, states: The fire at a gas pipeline damaged during earth-moving works in Nizhny Novgorod, this morning has been extinguished. The pipeline is being repaired, a source at the regional department of the Emergency Situations Ministry said. An excavator damaged the high-pressure pipeline with the diameter of 700 millimetres at about 1015, Moscow time.
