WITH all the hoopla, drama and concern engendered here in the colonies about our young new president as he seeks to lead both his own country and the world out of the global financial meltdown, we could at least hope he wouldn’t have time this year to address the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change set for Copenhagen in December. Alas, that is not to be.
