New regulators in UK have no promotional remit, warns IUA
TWO new bodies that will replace the Financial Services Authority in the UK, the Prudential Regulatory Authority (PRA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), do not have an obligation to consider London’s role as an international hub for financial services, according to Nick Lowe, Director of Government Affairs at the International Underwriting Association (IUA).
