‘Sorted for Summer’ campaign pushes Canterbury quake claims past NZ$2bn mark
A vow to pay out on all completed contents claims received by the end of last month in time for Christmas has pushed the total value of settlements paid out by New Zealand’s earthquake commission (EQC) from the Canterbury earthquakes past the NZ$2bn ($1.49bn) barrier.
