CERA chief calls for greater transparency in handling of quake claims
Insurers handling of claims from New Zealand’s Canterbury earthquakes has to be seen to be transparent by the public if it is to retain confidence in the industry, the man charged with rebuilding the city of Christchurch has warned, as he urged carriers to participate in greater engagement with community groups.
